Marcel Seva               Creative Director / Designer

Marcel Seva is an award-winning creative director based in Southern California, where his passion for design took root early on. His creative journey began in his youth, crafting fliers for his goth and punk bands (and no, the photos aren’t available). After earning his BFA in graphic design, Marcel quickly immersed himself in the agency world, working across both print and digital media for renowned brands like Hyundai, American Racing Wheels, Honda, Seagate, and the iconic Nitro Records.

 

He then joined Oakley Inc., where he advanced to the role of creative director, overseeing a wide array of categories and leading Oakley’s top-selling eyewear collections. Marcel was instrumental in shaping the brand's artist series campaigns, spearheading notable events such as the skate art showcase Love & Guts, and driving collaborations tied to the Olympics. His creative vision also extended to global campaigns, where he navigated cultural and language barriers to create impactful work for Oakley’s international partners.

​Currently, Marcel serves as the senior creative director for six brands under the Exemplis corporation: Timbuk2, Mavix Gaming, X Chair, Albany Park, SOI, and Edloe Finch. With over two decades of experience, Marcel remains as driven as ever, continuously pushing creative boundaries and thriving in the collaborative process that fuels innovation.
